This role seeks an experienced Software Developer who enjoys solving complex business problems in a fast‑paced, collaborative, inclusive, and iterative delivery environment. The individual and team will maintain high‑quality software aligned with user needs and business objectives, using the latest technologies to build business management solutions.
Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and understand requirements, design, and documentation.
- Contribute to the design and development of applications and unit testing.
- Work independently on assigned tasks.
- Ensure development follows agreed coding/design standards and code coverage requirements.
- Support business, IT, and product management alignment on vision and roadmap.
- Coordinate and collaborate with technical SMEs and cross‑functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Hands‑on experience building enterprise applications using backend technologies (Java, Spring, Node.js), UI technologies (Angular 2+), AWS services, and microservices.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK or Cloud Formation with Type Script or Python.
- Experience with source‑code management best practices, branching, repository structure, peer review, documentation, and issue tracking using Jira.
- Strong foundation in CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and automation using Git Hub (or Bitbucket), Jenkins, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience establishing release management processes, automated test cases, static code analysis (Sonar Qube), and dynamic security scans.
- Ability to use Splunk and Dynatrace to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience supporting production/non‑production highly available applications.
- Deep understanding of industry patterns for application architecture and integration.
- Ability to assist teammates with technical troubleshooting.
- Hands‑on skills in JavaScript frameworks & libraries (e.g., Angular).
- Serverless application development using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, & Cloud Front.
- Spring Frameworks.
