Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Charlotte, NC, 28202 — 3 Days/Week

Greater emphasis on Python (adding Python development as a standalone skill). API experience is now critical, with preference for Fortra Tripwire API. Power BI removed from scripting; now only Kafka and Python. Data warehouse focus refined to include datamart; data lake dropped. ETL understanding removed; SSI packages mentioned but less prominent. Overall, the role leans more toward Python development, API integration, and SQL expertise, with compliance and data modeling still important.

• Deep understanding of the development cycle.
• Design and build complex software solutions.
• Turn complex ideas into user stories, estimate work, break tasks into smaller components.
• Assist product owners and business users with questions.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Utilize appropriate Human Performance tools, especially during testing and implementation activities.
• Effectively transfer technology knowledge to less-skilled support team.
• Assist with testing and migrating code through test regions, ensuring adherence to design, coding and source control standards. Lead design and code walkthroughs.
• Present information on technically complex subjects in an understandable manner, both orally and in writing.
• Exhibit maturity, confidence, assertiveness when needed; handle stress and frustration; adapt to change positively.
• Experience with applicable client standards, IT Security and ability to apply/produce appropriate deliverables.
