Full Stack Engineer role at Strategic Staffing Solutions
. Full stack engineering role for someone who hands‑on in code, located in Charlotte NC or St Louis MO.
- Take ownership, lead by example, and actively contribute to implementation.
- Deep passion for technology, curiosity, proactive and continuously seeking to improve craft.
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent through training, military, education).
- Spring Framework, including Spring Boot (Building JSON REST APIs)
- 4+ years experience with full‑stack development
- 4+ years experience writing unit tests, e.g. JUnit with Mockito, Jest
- 4+ years experience with automated testing, e.g. Rest Assured, Selenium or Playwright
- 2+ years familiarity with cloud technologies
- 2+ years experience with Git Hub hooks and automation
- 1+ year familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools like Microsoft Copilot and Git Hub Copilot
- Strong delivery mindset with ability to lead while contributing directly to code
