We are looking for a talented and experienced .NET Fullstack Developer with strong experience in Reactjs/Angular to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in enhancing our digital banking platform and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Additional InformationThe base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95K-$105K/year & benefits (see below).
The Role Responsibilities- Development and Design:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Reactjs/Angular. - Architecture:
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of robust, secure, and maintainable applications. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Code Review:
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Testing:
Implement unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. - Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. - Agile Methodologies:
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster professional growth.
You are:
- Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience:
8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies and Reactjs/Angular. - Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
- Understanding of banking domain processes and regulations is a plus.
- Tools:
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops). - Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
