React Developer
Position type: Full time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC
Required Skills- Expertise in React.js and modern front‑end development including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration between front‑end and back‑end systems.
- Hands‑on experience with build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable applications and mentor junior developers in best practices.
- Hands‑on expertise of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Type Script proficiency.
- Experience with Type Script for type‑safe React development.
- Proficiency with git and git workflows.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment.
- Understanding of performance tuning and security best practices in web applications.
- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience with React and related technologies.
- Solid background in integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Ability to problem‑solve, learn new code, look for optimizations, collaborate, take feedback, and communicate effectively.
Pay Range*: $62 - $65 per hour. Pay range may vary based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.
