As a Core Java Developer with expertise in payments, Kafka, and Mongo

DB, you will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance payment processing systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions ensuring the security and integrity of financial transactions.

• Develop and maintain core Java applications for payment processing platforms.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Kafka for real‑time messaging and event‑driven architectures.
• Integrate and optimize Mongo
  
  DB databases for high availability, performance, and data consistency.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance related to financial transactions.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to payment systems and associated technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to payments and data management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in Core Java development.
• Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Strong background in payments domain, with understanding of payment protocols, standards, and regulations.
• Working knowledge of payment security standards such as PCI DSS.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka for messaging and stream processing.
• Solid experience working with Mongo
  
  DB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Knowledge of security practices related to financial data and transactions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Experience with other databases like SQL or No
  
  SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines.
