Java Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java Developer for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, leading the design and development of scalable systems and APIs.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Developing and maintaining Java-based applications.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Troubleshooting and debugging code to ensure optimal performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/No
  
  SQL) and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
