We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based backend development and modern front-end technologies, particularly React.js, to deliver scalable and efficient web applications.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with the law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100K to $105K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using Java and React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces with React.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
• Perform technical analysis, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes for iterative development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong Java backend skills.
• Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, or Mongo
  
  DB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, etc.
