We're searching for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer to join Fastbreak's in-house software engineering team. • Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Express
• Lead technical architecture decisions and enforce best practices for code quality and testing
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
• Drive innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience working with a startup or in a rapid-growth environment
• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks
• Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Proven track record of working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda)
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and state management
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience with Type Script and strong typing practices
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with serverless architecture
• Experience with performance optimization and web vitals
• History of contributing to open‑source projects
• AWS certifications

• We're based in Charlotte, NC and looking for a team member to work in our offices 5 days a week
