Salesforce Developer

The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Charlotte, NC – hybrid 2-3x per month
. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $53-58/hr
• 6-month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget
• Hybrid position
  : onsite requirement would depend on project needs but could be onsite 2-3 times month
• Position will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions on the  platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, CPQ, and integrating with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Position will be responsible for participating in Salesforce implementation projects across Sales and Service clouds, gathering requirements, configuring systems, developing, and testing solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining documentation.
• Position will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders, providing technical guidance, implementing scalable and efficient solutions, optimizing processes, and staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP, APIs, Salesforce Connect, Middleware)
• Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools
• Extensive knowledge of general CRM concepts, trends, and industry best practices
• Experience in project implementation as well as support
• Salesforce Developer Certifications are preferred
• Experience with Mule Soft preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
