You will lead with AIPA in early conversations, using it as a strategic wedge to show prospects how automation and AI agents can de‑risk modernization, compress timelines, reinvent workflows, and reduce costs while enabling new greenfield, AI‑native applications.

The Managing Partner role offers two paths, depending on your profile and risk‑reward preference:

• Identify, qualify, and close modernization, custom development, greenfield AI‑native builds, and agent‑dr process re‑engineering engagements, typically anchored in a Proof of Concept model backed by a money‑back guarantee.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from first meeting through contract, aligning client pain points with AIPA‑enabled solutions for legacy migration, new application development, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Partner closely with solution architects and delivery leaders to craft proposals, migrate legacy systems, design agentic workflows, and deliver modernization and greenfield programs with clear ROI.
• Build a repeatable pipeline fueled by AIPA‑based code assessments, greenfield design workshops, agent‑driven process labs, Proofs of Concept, and executive briefings.

• 10+ years of experience selling technology consulting, software development, or application modernization services.
• Background as a Managing Director, Partner, or senior business development leader at firms such as Accenture, IBM, Cognizant, EPAM, or similar;
  Tier 1 consulting experience is highly regarded.
• Deep understanding of legacy environments, modernization patterns, and how AI, agents, and automation can change the economics of software projects and business process transformation.
• Existing relationships with decision‑makers in upper mid‑market and enterprise organizations across technology, operations, or line‑of‑business leadership.
• Comfortable using a differentiated platform like AIPA as a core part of your narrative to create urgency, shape greenfield AI strategies, and spark executive‑level interest in agent‑driven workflow reinvention.
