Grow your career as a Full Stack Java Developer with an innovative global bank in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract role with possibility of extension. You will work on a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days onsite per week. The contract duration is 2 months.

• 5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.
• Must have strong Angular & Middleware experience.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and its design patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of Angular core features, Microservices, APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of application design and programming.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Experience with application performance enhancement.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree.

• Hands‑on Java development.
• Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes.
• Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high‑level problems.
• Provide expertise in advanced application programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross‑functional projects, or multiple projects.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of supported main‑system flows and comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas to achieve technology goals.
• Consult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate into overall system design.
• Allocate work and act as an advisor/coach for developers, analysts, and new team members.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties.
