• Support ongoing development work to ensure application stability and performance.
• Participate in all production support activities for web applications (.Net, Angular, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for application functionality and production platform issues.
• Assist in release deployments, software/server upgrades, and disaster recovery testing exercises.
• Provide capacity management support to ensure optimal database and server space allocation.

• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on application development and support.
• Hands‑on experience with .Net, ASP.NET, WEB API, Angular, SQL Server (including SSIS), and Oracle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Bit Bucket.
• Experience with Hadoop, Teradata, Autosys, and supporting release and deployment activities.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to work independently within SLA parameters.
