Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be an integral part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative projects and collaborative efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer - Charlotte, NC

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $70-76/Hour on W2

What's the Job?
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications utilizing Node.js, Type Script, React, and Python.
  • Implement robust and efficient APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
  • Work with Mongo

    DB as the primary data repository, ensuring optimal data modeling and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features within agile sprint cycles.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What's Needed?
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks, including Node.js, Type Script, and React.
  • Hands‑on experience with Python for backend services or scripting.
  • Expertise in Mongo

    DB for data storage and retrieval.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in sprint‑based workflows.
