Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience on the SFDC platform, specifically focused on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce development practices. This role will support enterprise-level customer service and communications initiatives, building and enhancing Salesforce experiences across omnichannel customer touchpoints.
The developer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (product owners, business analysts, developers, QA) to deliver scalable solutions with strong attention to performance, user experience, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
- Develop and modify custom UI components aligned to business requirements and Salesforce best practices
- Build or enhance solutions leveraging Salesforce App Builder and Component Events
- Support Aura-based components as needed in legacy environments
- Develop and support custom API integrations, including REST-based integrations
- Configure and support Salesforce capabilities including Flows, validation rules, permissions, and related platform configuration
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI defects, integration/API failures, configuration gaps, and performance issues
- Support incoming work items through Jira (including solution design and development work)
- Collaborate in an Agile delivery model including sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
- Produce maintainable code and documentation and follow CI/CD delivery expectations
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Framework
- Apex development experience, including development of business logic and integrations
- Experience with Visualforce for legacy support
- Aura framework experience for legacy maintenance or enhancements
- Strong experience with custom API development and integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and release management
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments and working with complex stakeholders
