** Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Pega Lead Developer with expertise in Pega Case Management and system integrations. This role combines technical leadership with active development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will design and build high-quality Pega solutions while guiding team members, enforcing best practices, and partnering with architects, product owners, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications, with a strong emphasis on case management and workflow orchestration.
* Actively contribute to development, including rules, flows, integrations, UI, and decisioning, as a hands-on lead.
* Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega designs.
* Ensure solutions align with Pega Guardrails, performance standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
* Design and implement end-to-end case life cycles, including stages, steps, SLAs, approvals, and escalations.
* Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and hands-on guidance.
* Participate in performance tuning and defect resolution.
* Support deployment activities and production troubleshooting when needed.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of IT experience.
* 5+ years of hands-on Pega engineering and platform experience, with significant development.
* Strong expertise in complex Pega Case Management.
* Proven experience with Pega system integrations (REST/SOAP, services, connectors).
* Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
* Pega certifications such as CSSA and/or CLSA.

Preferred Qualifications
* Cloud migration experience.
* Experience with Pega Infinity.
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for Pega.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
