As a Lead Software Engineer, you will Client, design, develop, test, and deploy sophisticated Generative AI applications. Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education

• 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI, large language models, or foundation models

• 2+ years of experience with either GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, or Open Shift

• 2+ years of experience with Python

• 2+ years of experience with REST API development and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• 2+ years of experience using Git for source code version control, including branching, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

PROJECT SUMMARY
As Lead Senior Software Engineer, you will Client, design, develop, test, and deploy sophisticated Agentic Automation applications. You will work within a dedicated engineering pod, partnering with technical leaders to translate architectural designs into robust, scalable, and secure software. This role requires hands on development experience and a strong interest in solving complex technical problems using modern AI capabilities.
This team horizontally supports all of consumer lending by building robots and agents on top of the existing tech. They're part of an initiative to look into how to scale AI.
Doing agentic automation as part of a scrum team. High value, high growth team, shouldn't need a lot of hand holding, will feel like a startup environment. Alteryx is low complexity and not a showstopper if people don't have it, but will help fill gaps where UI Path doesn't coordinate with Power Platform on data platforming. This person should be capable of understanding the difference of when to use automation and when to use AI, be tactful in the solution to problems that they take.
