Our client, a leading enterprise organization is seeking a Service Now Developer (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Service Now Developer (Charlotte), you will be part of the technology organization supporting enterprise platform delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong Service Now development expertise, a proven ability to translate business requirements into compliant technical solutions, and the drive to deliver high-quality outcomes through an established SDLC and change management framework.

• Design, configure, and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) within an enterprise Service Now platform.
• Implement solutions using Service Now platform capabilities such as custom applications, APIs, business rules, flows, and catalog items—aligned to out-of-the-box configuration and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and platform architects to deliver compliant business value within an established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management process.
• Participate in all SDLC phases including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support, leveraging Agile practices.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other enterprise integration technologies, ensuring security, auditability, and regulatory alignment.

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• 3-5+ years of experience developing and supporting Service Now applications and platform capabilities.
• Experience configuring Service Now Work spaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Service Now scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management, testing, and deployment practices, including Dev Ops and governance/change control.

• Opportunity to build and enhance a critical enterprise Service Now module for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Work closely with Product Owners and platform architects to deliver solutions that meet enterprise architecture standards.
• Contribute to release management and production support with a structured approach to quality and compliance.
