DetailedJob Description
The Java Fullstack Developer is responsible for the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, modern application architecture, and AI-accelerated development practices. In this senior role, you will architect, implement, and maintain resilient backend services utilizing Java (with proficiency in .NET or Python), coupled with responsive modern web frontends built using React or Angular. Day-to-day duties involve designing enterprise-grade RESTful APIs, configuring container orchestration on Red Hat Open Shift, building automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and conducting deep-dive observability analysis using Splunk and App Dynamics to ensure peak system health and minimal latency.
A defining focus of this role is the practical integration of AI-assisted engineering into the development workflow. You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) via SDKs and APIs, Git Hub Copilot (operating in Plan and Agent modes), and autonomous agent frameworks to accelerate code generation, automate testing, and streamline technical discovery. Additionally, you will proactively identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across application source code, container images, and third‑party dependencies.
Operating in a collaborative agile environment, you will work closely with cross-functional architecture, infrastructure, and delivery squads to drive enterprise application migration, infrastructure hardening, and high-impact digital transformation.
