Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Service Now Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development team supporting enterprise-wide service management solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Develop on the Service Now platform utilizing configuration and scripting techniques. Work on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module to enhance risk assessment processes. Contribute towards Agentic AI use cases to improve automation and decision-making. Deliver solutions following best practices in partnership with core and platform teams. Code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed standards and tools.

What's Needed?

Experience in developing on the Service Now platform with a focus on configuration and scripting. Knowledge of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module is preferred. Ability to contribute to AI use cases and automation initiatives. Strong understanding of secure and scalable solution design principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
