Charlotte, North Carolina Onsite Full  Time $120k - $140kWe are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join a growing engineering team in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time opportunity with an established Canadian technology company that builds testing equipment and software for electrical utilities. The role focuses on .NET, C#, and developing software solutions that support the electrical utility industry.

This is a great opportunity to join a newer Raleigh office and help support the company's growing U.S. presence while working with an established international organization. You'll have the chance to contribute your technical expertise, build reliable software, and collaborate with an engineering team in a specialized industry. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with only 1–2 days onsite per week, along with competitive compensation and the opportunity to make an impact as the team grows.

Required Skills & Experience Strong professional experience with .NET and C# development. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot issues, solve technical problems, and write clean, maintainable code. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other engineers.

Desired Skills & Experience Senior-level software engineering experience. Experience working with electrical utilities, testing equipment, or industrial software. Experience building software that interacts with hardware or specialized technical systems. Experience working on a growing engineering team.

What You Will Be Doing Tech  / C# development Application design and development Software testing, debugging, and maintenance

Daily Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using .NET and C#. Design and implement reliable, scalable software solutions. Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance. Collaborate with other engineers to plan and deliver projects. Contribute to technical decisions and follow software development best practices. Help support the company's expanding U.S. engineering team.
