Application Programmer III

Our client, a technology organization is seeking a Application Programmer III to join their team. As a Application Programmer III, you will be part of a Scrum team supporting the development of major functions in Debit Claims. The ideal candidate will have strong Pega development expertise, a commitment to technical quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Serve as a Pega Senior Developer on a Scrum team to assist in building major functions for Debit Claims.

+ Provide deep technical expertise across solution design and application development for specific business environments.

+ Set technical direction for Pega applications and related technologies, ensuring solutions are technically robust and aligned to business, architecture, and technology constraints.

+ Take responsibility for end-to-end technical delivery, including managing code migration from development through to production.

+ Work on complex problems using in-depth analysis and sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.

** What's Needed?*
* + 7+ years of experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega Systems PRPC.

+ Pega CSSA certification.

+ 1+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum methodology.

+ BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles, with exposure to technologies such as J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java) and Oracle.
