A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Full Stack Java/Python Developer

Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12+ months

Location:
Charlotte, NC – 3 days hybrid on-site role

As a Full Stack Java/Python Developer, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Python
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or React
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and Dev Ops
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance standards
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to API Gateway, Service Mesh
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML integrations (optional)

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $50 - $55 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
