Title: Lead Software Engineer - Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation (UI Path)
Location: Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 – 18 months
Position OverviewLead Software Engineer to join the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions that drive business transformation across Consumer Lending. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, Power Platform, UiPath, Generative AI, and cloud-native development.
Key Responsibilities- Build and deploy Agentic AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop AI agents using LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise automation tools.
- Design scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.
- Implement Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and business systems.
- Collaborate within Agile teams and provide technical leadership.
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience (UI Path/RPA).
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Foundation Models.
- 2+ years of experience with Python development.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud and container technologies including Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Open Shift, and Docker.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Agentic AI & Agentic Engineering
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PVA)
- UiPath (Certification Required)
- Lang Chain or similar agent frameworks
- Alteryx
- Python
- UiPath Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification
- Financial Services or other regulated industries
- RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Observability
- Enterprise Automation and Workflow Orchestration
