Goal: Design, build, and support scalable Appian solutions to automate business processes and improve user experience.
- Appian Certification:
An active, valid Appian Developer certification is strictly required. - SQL
Skills:
Strong SQL/database experience is required for backend development. - AWS & Java Knowledge:
Experience with AWS (preferred, not required) and general Java/full-stack development background is a bonus. - Modern Appian Features:
Experience with modern Appian functionality (e.g., Records over CDTs, Data Fabric, Composer, AI integration/Claude) is strongly preferred over legacy systems. - Communication:
Strong ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders and 5 product owners across locations. - Conceptual Thinking:
Proactive problem-solver who can drive projects independently from the ground up rather than acting as an "order taker". - Must have an active appian certification
