Immediate need for a talented Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer
. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC(Onsite).

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex
  , Apex Triggers
  , Batch Apex
  , and asynchronous Apex.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces with Visualforce
  , Lightning Experience
  , and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Mule Soft and REST/SOAP APIs
  .
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and development methodologies.

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Expertise in Apex
  , Apex Triggers
  , and Batch Apex
  .
• Experience with Mule Soft and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Visualforce
  , Lightning Experience
  , and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security models, sharing rules, and data management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical initiatives.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
