** Role Overview We are seeking a Technology Business Services Consultant. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services. The position requires reviewing and analyzing complex, multifaceted, or longer-term challenges and contributing to resolutions by collaborating with client personnel.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialized expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and SQL to support high-priority initiatives.
* Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services.
* Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, or longer-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
* Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring an understanding of function, policies, and compliance.
* Design and build scalable, automated solutions to replace manual workflows.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Focus on code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders during development and delivery.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

** 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
** Technical

Skills:

*** Strong technical expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Query), Power BI, Alteryx, and Python.
* Solid understanding of data structures, database concepts, and data integration.
* Strong problem-solving and logical thinking to develop efficient, reusable solutions.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
* Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with SAS is a plus.
