About the Opportunity

The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer to support a large-scale enterprise Workday environment as part of a significant cloud modernization initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, highly visible team responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and support of critical Workday integrations serving a global workforce.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a major AWS migration program while supporting ongoing enhancements across HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance. The ideal candidate is a self-driven technical professional who can independently engage business stakeholders, gather requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable integration solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Gather and analyze integration requirements directly from business stakeholders
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations across multiple functional areas
• Build and maintain integrations supporting HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, integration failures, and support tickets
• Monitor and support daily operational activities within the Workday ecosystem
• Review and prioritize work items through Azure Dev Ops
• Collaborate with geographically distributed team members and business partners
• Support ongoing integration enhancements aimed at reducing manual processes and improving operational efficiency
• Participate in a large-scale cloud migration initiative involving AWS technologies
• Ensure integration stability and performance across a complex global Workday environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Workday Integration Development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Workday Studio
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Core Connectors
• Workday APIs
• SFTP integrations
• PECI and PICOF
• Experience supporting integrations across multiple Workday modules
• Strong background working with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance integrations
• AWS integration experience
• Proven ability to balance new development work with production support responsibilities
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday environments within global organizations
• Experience managing integrations that support country-specific payroll and benefits requirements
• Experience working within complex, enterprise-scale Workday ecosystems
• Previous experience supporting globally distributed teams and stakeholders
