Role Overview An experienced technology consultant is required to support critical low-code and no-code business initiatives. This position involves evaluating complex business challenges, designing scalable solutions, and modernizing legacy application environments. The selected professional will collaborate directly with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver robust automation and data-integrated workflows.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy scalable, automated applications to replace manual business workflows.

Evaluate existing legacy SharePoint environments containing numerous forms and dependencies to strategize modernization pathways.

Translate complex business requirements into high-performing technical solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Create and maintain custom workflows, process automations, and data connectors.

Develop and optimize unified workflow solutions to support major business process transformations spanning multiple enterprise systems.

Utilize Dataverse to build structured tables, establish relationships, and facilitate seamless integration with external data sources.

Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability across all developed solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders during all phases of development, testing, and solution delivery.

Maintain a forward-looking mindset regarding future artificial intelligence and prompt integration opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Five or more years of experience in Information Technology supporting business services, or equivalent demonstrated through professional consulting, training, or education.

Technical

Skills:

Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow development and troubleshooting.

Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture, tables, and SQL database integrations.

Technical familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx, and Python.

Proven ability to apply a consultative solution-design mindset to understand underlying business problems.

Strong professional communication skills suitable for interfacing with business stakeholders and traditional development teams.

Preferred Qualifications Deeper Dataverse architecture design and legacy SharePoint modernization experience.

Familiarity with SAS, Git Hub, or Microsoft Fabric.
