Our banking client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the software engineering department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job DetailsJob Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC – hybrid
Pay Range: Competitive and must be on Experis W2
Note: Please no subcontractor inquiries. All candidates must be able to work on Experis W2.
Responsibilities- Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices.
- Provide strategy and design for projects within their technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
- Utilize advanced technologies to integrate their technology domain with other domains, enabling the creation of new or expanded heterogeneous environments.
- Develop new documentation and departmental technical procedures.
- Direct the gathering of performance statistics to determine hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets.
- Act as an escalation point, providing guidance to less experienced staff in resolving highly complex technical problems.
- Lead projects and manage the work of less experienced staff.
- Ensure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for the supported technology domain.
- Java, React or Angular
- REST APIs
- Experience in Identity and Access Management is a plus
