Our client, Enterprise Technology & Risk Management is seeking a Service Now Developer (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Service Now Developer (Charlotte), you will be part of the Platform Engineering organization supporting the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical problem-solving, clear stakeholder communication, and a commitment to quality and compliance—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Design, configure, and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces for enterprise Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). Implement solutions using Service Now platform capabilities such as custom applications, APIs, business rules, flows, and catalog items. Collaborate with Product Owners and platform architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Participate across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support—within established change management practices.

Support release management and Dev Ops/governance activities to ensure compliant deployments, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for ongoing enhancements.

Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. 3-5+ years of experience developing and supporting Service Now applications and platform capabilities. Hands-on experience configuring Service Now Work spaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports. Proficiency in JavaScript, Service Now scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation. Experience building Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, connectors, and Scripted REST APIs, with strong understanding of SDLC, testing, and deployment practices (Agile preferred).

Work on an enterprise Service Now platform delivering compliant business value within a structured SDLC and change management framework. Build and enhance TPRM capabilities that support security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Product Owners and platform architects to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strengthen your integration and automation expertise across internal and external systems. Contribute to release management, production support, and continuous platform improvement through established governance.
