Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GECX Solution Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud, Contact Center AI, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will architect, develop, and deploy intelligent voice and chat solutions while leading hands-on implementation and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end contact center solutions across voice, chat, web, and mobile channels.
• Build Agentic AI voice and chat solutions using Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and GCP.
• Integrate AI solutions with IVR, telephony, CCaaS, CRM, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Implement GCP services, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Big Query, and Cloud Storage.
• Lead solution architecture, coding, PoCs, troubleshooting, CI/CD, and production deployment.
• Establish AI evaluation, grounding, guardrails, and human-agent handoff mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture and engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with GECX, Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and GCP.
• Expertise in Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, tool/function calling, and conversational AI.
• Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, IVR, SIP, CTI, STT/TTS, and CRM integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Google Cloud certification and experience delivering large-scale CCaaS or contact center transformation programs.
