Role Overview We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio to enhance productivity, automate business processes, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in AI/ML, prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, automation, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services.
Enhance productivity and automate business processes across the organization.
Improve customer experiences and drive innovation through modern AI technologies.
Leverage expertise in prompt engineering, API integration, and data analytics.
Utilize cloud technologies and adhere to responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation.
2+ years of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments.
Technical
Skills:
Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI Agents and Agentic Workflows Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript REST APIs and AI Integrations Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Git, CI/CD, and Dev Ops Practices Azure Cloud Services, Data Analytics, and AI Monitoring AI & Machine Learning Knowledge:
Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search Fine-Tuning and Model Evaluation Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Prompt Engineering Best Practices
Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified:
Azure AI Engineer Associate.
Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience with Kubernetes/Open Shift and containerized deployments.
Experience implementing AI solutions in highly regulated environments.
Knowledge of AI security, model risk management, and governance frameworks.
Experience with Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
