We are currently seeking a Lead .NET / WPE Engineer (FTE / Hybrid) to join our team in Charlotte
, North Carolina (US-NC),
United States (US).

• We are looking for a senior-level engineer who can provide hands-on development and technical leadership, with a strong background in:
• C# and .NET/.NET Core
• WPF desktop application development, including MVVM, data binding, and UI architecture
• Enterprise-scale application design and development
• MongoDB
• REST APIs and integration patterns
• CI/CD and Dev Ops practices
• Application modernization and technical debt reduction
• Technical leadership, including design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring
• Experience with Azure, SQL Server, enterprise document management/workflow applications, and AI-assisted development tools is also desirable.
• The resource should be able to work collaboratively with architects, product owners, infrastructure, QA, SRE, and application support teams while remaining hands-on with engineering and delivery.

• 5+ years .NET experience
• Technical degree or additional experience

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.

-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $83,520.00 - $. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
