• Build multi-agentsystemswithclearroles—e.g.,planning agents,QAagents,data-retrieval agents,andoperationalcopilots—thatcollaboratetosupporthealthcareworkflows.
• DevelopgovernanceandroutinglayersthatenableAIagentstosafelyexecutetasks,calltools,generate recommendations,andinteractwithstructuredoperationaldata.

• Buildanddeploypredictivemodelsthatfeedagentdecision-making,including:
• Mealdemandforecasting

• IntegratemodeloutputswithMCP-basedagentstocreateclosed-loop automation—agentsthatbothdetectandact,notjustanalyze.
• Translatefindingsintousableinsights,dashboards,andoperationalrecommendationsforfieldteams.

• Coachandmentorateamofdatascientists,ML engineers,andAIengineersfocusedonagentdevelopmentandMCPintegration.
• Partner with Healthcare Leadership (Culinary,EVS,Clinical Nutrition,Operations) todriveAIadoptionandprioritizehigh-value opportunities.
• CollaboratewithIT,andenterpriseAIteamstoalignonarchitecture,security,andplatformstandards.
• CommunicatecomplexAIandagent-basedsystemconceptstonon-technicalstakeholdersinclear,practical language.

• EnsureallAIandagentsystemsadheretogovernanceframeworks,including privacy,compliance,andHIPAA.
• Establish monitoring,auditability,andretrainingworkflowsforbothmodelsandagents.
• Implementagentsafetycontrols,includingsandboxedtoolaccess,role-based permissions,andfallbacksforcriticaltasks.

• Bachelor’sdegreeinarelevantfieldorequivalentprofessionalexperience.
• 6+yearsofexperienceindatascience,AI engineering,orappliedML,including2+yearsofteamleadershiportechnicalmanagement.
• Hands-onexperiencebuildingagenticAIsystems,including:
• Tool-using agents
• Planning/monitoring agents
• StrongexperiencewithMCPserversorsimilaragentintegrationframeworks(e.g.,Lang Chain tools,Auto Gen,OpenAItoolcalling).
• Proficiency in Python,SQL,ML frameworks(PyTorch,Tensor Flow,scikit-learn).
• Experiencewithclouddataandcomputeplatforms(Azure,Databricks,AWS,orGCP).
• StrongunderstandingofLLMs,RAG pipelines,structuredtoolprotocols,andknowledgegraphintegration.
• Excellent communication,stakeholder partnership,and product-oriented thinking.

• Experiencewithhealthcare,food service,hospitality,oroperationalenvironments.
• Familiarity with Io Tdatastreams ,workforcemanagementsystems,orreal-timetaskoperations.
• Backgroundinoptimization,reinforcement learning,orcontinuousplanningagents.
