Required Qualifications

15+ years of industry experience in database development, data engineering, and enterprise data integration.
Senior-level, hands-on experience designing and developing database applications and data-intensive solutions using RDBMS technologies such as Oracle, DB2, and Single Store (MemSQL).
Significant experience with enterprise data modeling, logical and physical data design, and database architecture.
Extensive experience and deep expertise with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
Significant experience and proficiency with IBM Data Stage ETL development, data integration, data transformation, and data migration initiatives.
Strong background in data engineering, ETL design, data movement, and large-scale data processing solutions.
Extensive experience with stored procedures, SQL, and PL/SQL development, including performance optimization and troubleshooting of complex database workloads.
Experience with database modernization and migration projects involving large-scale enterprise data platforms.
Strong understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC), data integration, and data synchronization patterns.
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting for automation, deployment, and operational support.
Experience with Python-based scripting for data processing, automation, and operational tooling.
Working knowledge of Splunk and Dynatrace for database monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate, IBM IIDR, or similar data replication technologies is a plus.
Experience with Cockroach DB or other distributed SQL databases is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

Extensive experience with Oracle database design, development, performance tuning, and production support in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience with Cockroach DB, distributed database architectures, and database migration initiatives is highly desirable.
Experience with Agile, JIRA, and Scrum-based software development methodologies.
Experience with data replication technologies such as IBM IIDR, Oracle Golden Gate, or equivalent CDC platforms is a plus.
Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical transactional systems with stringent performance and availability requirements.

Qualifications

Knowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution is strongly required (5+ years preferable).
Strong understanding of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities.
Prior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with front-office users.
Knowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes is mandatory.
Ability to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple issues and requests simultaneously.
Prior experience with vendor platforms for deal execution, such as Ipreo, Primary Portal, or Dealogic, is a plus.

Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
