Role Overview An established organization in the financial services sector is seeking a skilled Copilot AI Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will drive technology strategy, mentoring developers and team members to develop their skills through targeted coaching and structured feedback. This position advocates for modern, Agile solution delivery practices, ensuring all technology solutions comply with organizational standards while championing exceptional design and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize product requirements to enable developer adoption of Copilot and prompt engineering.

Utilize Copilot hands-on for instructions, prompts, skills, and agents.

Lead agentic development initiatives to build intelligent, autonomous workflows.

Partner with data engineers, data scientists, user experience designers, application developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.

Manage projects and engage multiple stakeholders across technology, product, and business units.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional degree is required.

Experience:

Minimum of three years of industry experience, including three years of dedicated experience with artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot.

Technical

Skills:

Deep understanding of Copilot, prompt engineering, and mobile frameworks. Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying applications using Copilot, creating skills and agents, and utilizing Copilot Studio. Familiarity with machine learning principles, mobile device infrastructure, and performance engineering is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional analytical focus on troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
