Unlike the conventional health‑club setting,
The Exercise Coach® offers a professional, distraction‑free environment that delivers clinical exercise rather than the latest fitness craze. The studio serves both women and men of all ages to achieve their health and fitness goals through customized conditioning programs and proprietary technology.

Available positions are part‑time, averaging 25–30 hours per week, with weekday morning/evening shifts (potential split shift) and Saturdays from 7:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Bottom line: You will be paid $18.50 per hour (with the potential for performance bonuses) and will have opportunities to grow within the business. Compensation is never commission‑based; you are paid for your time whether training clients or not.

• Develop comprehensive health & fitness programs for clients.
• Track client progress.
• Perform fitness evaluations.
• Coach clients through program duration.
• Demonstrate proper exercise instruction.
• Provide ongoing health and fitness education.
• Sales/lead follow‑up.
• Conduct client consultations.

• Passion for health & fitness.
• Health and fitness education: a college degree (or working toward one) in a health‑related field; fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human physiology.
• Excellent communication skills, both in‑person and over the phone, and the ability to conduct oneself professionally with clear instruction.
• Sales acumen to explain the distinctiveness of The Exercise Coach® and close sales.
• People skills and personality; love working with people and bringing energy and excitement to clients.
• Personal training and CPR/AED certification (all employees receive full paid training in The Exercise Coach® methods and technologies; CPR/AED certification is required as part of training).

• Basic nutrition knowledge.
• Experience with various strength‑training applications.
• Experience working with older adults and individuals with physical limitations.
