Provide an environment where student athletes can succeed both academically and athletically.
Summary of Position Responsibilities- Coach, instruct, and prepare student athletes to be competitive within the affiliated conference with the ultimate goal of making NCAA postseason play.
- Follow NCAA rules and regulations.
- Monitor student‑athletes’ academic progress in conjunction with the AAC staff.
- Recruit prospective student-athletes who are admissible to UNC Charlotte.
Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience. (Bachelor’s in Exercise Science)
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Coaching experience at the Division I collegiate level.
NSCA-CSCS, CPR and AED
Preferred Certifications/LicensesUSAW
