Swim instructor core responsibilities include coordinating and delivering a child-centered progressive program of swim lessons while maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring an excellent experience for all students, and committing to continued learning and growth. Previous teaching experience is not necessary, but a love for working with children and a positive personality are essential.
