The Loader Operator role at IAA, an RB Global company, supports the efficient movement of vehicles at our Charlotte facility using a front-end loader. You will load, unload, inspect, and prep lots for auction while prioritizing safety and accuracy.
We value team players with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma; experience with forklifts or loaders is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with a $1500 sign-on bonus for new hires.
