Overview
Warehouse Associate – Charlotte, NC. Join Batesville, a leader in the death care industry, as part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and innovation.
Schedule: Full‑time, Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Inspect each unit to ensure quality.
- Unload inbound and load outbound caskets accurately, safely, and damage‑free.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform various warehouse duties as requested.
- Operate power equipment efficiently and safely.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- 1‑year prior warehouse or related experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to drive a truck within facility confines and learn how to spot trailers.
- Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills, and team player.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including any days, shifts, and weekends as required.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform and interpret computer and RF functions.
- Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.

- Pay: $17.55 per hour (actual compensation may vary).
