Overview

Warehouse Associate – Charlotte, NC. Join Batesville, a leader in the death care industry, as part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and innovation.

Schedule: Full‑time, Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Inspect each unit to ensure quality.
• Unload inbound and load outbound caskets accurately, safely, and damage‑free.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform various warehouse duties as requested.
• Operate power equipment efficiently and safely.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• 1‑year prior warehouse or related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to drive a truck within facility confines and learn how to spot trailers.
• Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills, and team player.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including any days, shifts, and weekends as required.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 100 lbs. occasionally.

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform and interpret computer and RF functions.
• Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.
