We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory control and general warehouse organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in handling products and documentation, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do Receiving & Inventory Support
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments (models and serial numbers).
  • Prepare products for storage, remove labels, and organize inventory following FIFO.
  • Put away stock accurately and maintain clean, orderly receiving areas.
  • Assist with cycle counts, picking, and transporting units to internal departments.
  • Track non‑inventory supplies and support receiving documentation as needed.
Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Help prepare outbound and inbound freight; double‑check serial numbers for accuracy.
  • Support packing, staging, and general fulfillment activities.
RMA (Returns) Support
  • Process demo and return units, including labeling, sorting, and storing appropriately.
  • Handle quarantined items, abandoned units, and recycling/disposal of scrapped materials.
  • Maintain organization within RMA parts and back‑stock areas.
General Warehouse Operations
  • Return items from cancelled orders to inventory and organize R&D storage areas.
  • Transfer and store units across warehouse locations and assist with aged inventory disposal.
  • Maintain hold inventory and support UPC archiving with Product Management.
  • Participate in warehouse projects, BPO staging, and other assigned operational tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 1 year warehouse or inventory experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid communication skills and a positive, proactive demeanor.
  • Inventory and shipping software experience (Net Suite preferred).
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
