Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (25 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, monitor, and ensure the accountability and security of all monies processed through the office; prepare and verify bank deposits.
  • Review and analyze Corps budgets as requested.
  • Provide payroll support to Paycom HCM, including resolving punch errors, dealing with employee self-service issues, and staff training.
  • Responsible for all audit preparation for internal and external audits; prepare audit worksheets; assemble and prepare records for presentation to auditor; answer auditor questions as necessary; prepare a response to items in the audit report.
  • Prepare and maintain records, databases, books, logs, lists, etc. in an accurate, complete, and timely manner; update, post and index information and input data into the computer to maintain records; research files to locate specific information found in documents, correspondence, lists, forms, etc. Establish and maintain filing system.
  • Serve as back‑up support as needed; may perform secondary non‑bookkeeping clerical functions in addition to normal bookkeeping duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.).
  • Duties are usually performed seated.
  • Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.
  • Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

What We Are Looking For in You
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, bookkeeping, business preferred or related field.
  • Two years' experience with general ledger accounting, depreciation, reconciliation, and advance spreadsheet/database production; knowledge of Great Plains (GP Dynamics 2010) preferred; experience performing three (3) or more of the following functions: A/R, A/P, Payroll, Auditing, Financial Reporting.
  • Six years of equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
