Seasonal tax preparer

Job Description

CPA firm is looking for a seasonal tax return preparer. On the tax side, we would prefer someone that has worked through at least two tax seasons and can independently prepare 1040s. We use Ultratax, but can train as long as you have the necessary experience. Communication skills are a must as you would be required to work with other team members and request information from clients through email and phone calls.

The ideal candidate need to be able to start 2/1 and work at least 30-40 hours per week through 4/15. On call options are also available at other busy times during the year after 4/15, if desired. We are also looking for a full time tax person or tax/bookkeeper, if you possess these skills as well and are interested in a year round position.

A full time position is eligible for benefits.
