Essential Job Functions:

* Uses sound management skills to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the GFEBS/PM office work group.
* Ensure timely and accurate inputting of PM data into GFEBS

* Produce routine and ad hoc GFEBS and Maximo® reports

* Process DA Form 1354

* Update warranty information for all equipment

* Update and maintain digital O&M Library

* Interface with internal and external counterparts in a professional manner

* Provide expertise in managing the GFEBS systems to include reports and accuracy between the systems

Qualifications:

* Minimum of five (5) years of facilities maintenance experience in scheduling, work control, or project control

* Minimum of five (5) years of experience using Maximo and/or GFEBS

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel

* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

* Creative and innovative with assignments; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to respond to change

* Strong organizational, analytical and writing skills

* Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office® and Adobe® and expertise in GFEBS

* Ability to reason and solve problems

* Ability to communicate effectively in English in both oral and written form.

* Skill in talking to others to convey information effectively.

Work Experience:

The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall have demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a Military Installation.
* Minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.

* Must have experience and understanding of maintenance workflow software.

* Experience in facility maintenance and operations or service/repair scheduling work.

* Prior Supervisory experience, preferred
Physical Demands:
Must be physically capable of stooping, standing, sitting. Must have the ability to maintain assigned work hours. Must have sufficient endurance to perform task over long periods of time. Required

Education:

Associate's degree preferred;
Additional years of experience may be substituted for any degree requirements. Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
The Lead shall have and maintain a Tier 4, Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Must have or be able to obtain the following roles in GFEBS:
* A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer

* A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller

* A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor

* A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer

* A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer

* A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver

* A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer

* A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter
Work Environment:
Must be available between 0700 - 1600 hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. Work will be performed at Rivanna Station, Virginia. Majority of work accomplished in an office setting. Must be able to focus on tasks with others performing tasks in immediate area. Supervises 1-2 Administrative Clerks.
