Automotive Service Advisor – Flow Subaru of Charlottesville

Flow Subaru of Charlottesville is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute effort and time. We promote from within and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training as needed.

Qualities and Characteristics:

• Recent automotive Service Advisor experience
• Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc.)
• Resilience, ability to overcome objections
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

• Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation is a must

Work schedule averages 45+ hours per week. The office is closed on Sundays.
