Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others find their perfect place to call home? Spring Arbor of Leesburg is looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Director to join our vibrant team!
In this key leadership role, you’ll be the face of both of our communities—building relationships, connecting with families, and driving growth through creative outreach and authentic engagement.

Must have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience (or closely related) with track record in achieving senior living sales goals (preferably in the Greenbrier/ Charlottesville/ Hollymead market). Drive both internal and external business development to support strategic marketing initiatives and building community partnerships to elevate the brand. This requires regular external business development.
- Demonstrates clarity and effectiveness when speaking and writing. Maintains a polished professional appearance and demeanor, representing the community with confidence and respect with a sense of urgency.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks lled in prioritizing, influencing others, and consistently meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of sales tracking software, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and master new systems and tools.
- High School Degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
