In this key leadership role, you’ll be the face of both of our communities—building relationships, connecting with families, and driving growth through creative outreach and authentic engagement.

Must have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience (or closely related) with track record in achieving senior living sales goals (preferably in the Greenbrier/ Charlottesville/ Hollymead market). Drive both internal and external business development to support strategic marketing initiatives and building community partnerships to elevate the brand. This requires regular external business development.
• Demonstrates clarity and effectiveness when speaking and writing. Maintains a polished professional appearance and demeanor, representing the community with confidence and respect with a sense of urgency.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks lled in prioritizing, influencing others, and consistently meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sales tracking software, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and master new systems and tools.
• High School Degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
