Licensing + Special Projects Coordinator

As Rhoback continues to expand its licensing partnerships and strategic initiatives across collegiate athletics, golf, and professional sports—along with custom collaborations and brand partnerships, we are seeking a Licensing + Special Projects Coordinator to support the execution and growth of these efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, passionate about sports, and eager to learn how licensing, collaborations, and brand partnerships come together at a fast-growing active and lifestyle brand.

You will work closely with Rhoback’s leadership and cross-functional teams including production, design, sales, accounting, and operations to help manage licensed programs, coordinate key initiatives, and ensure projects move smoothly from concept to execution. This is a highly visible role with meaningful exposure to licensing strategy and brand growth.

• Assist in the day-to-day management of licensing partnerships across the NCAA, professional sports (i.e., PGA Tour), and special projects including brand partnerships and collabs
• Support licensing execution including applications, approvals, timelines, artwork submissions, and compliance requirements
• Track licensing agreements, deliverables, royalty reporting, and key deadlines
• Support compliance with league, conference, and institutional licensing guidelines
• Coordinate with licensors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure licensed products meet brand and league requirements
• Support growth initiatives tied to new licensing opportunities
• Help manage Rhoback’s quick-turn embroidery program as it relates to licensed products
• Work closely with merchandising and design teams to manage licensed assortments and approval workflows
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely submissions
• Assist with reconciling licensed SKUs and product categories for reporting purposes
• Help build and manage licensing calendars, timelines, and key milestones
• Conduct market research related to licensed categories, competitors, and pricing
• Provide in-person support at events, tournaments, and partner activations as needed

• Support cross-functional special projects related to new partnerships, product launches, and strategic initiatives
  
  Help organize project plans, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track
• Assist in research and preparation for new partnership and collaboration opportunities
• Support coordination and execution of agreements and key deliverables
• Assist with strategic outreach and relationship-building for potential partnerships

• 1–3 years of experience in apparel, sports, licensing, operations, or a related field (internships included)
• Familiarity with collegiate or professional sports licensing is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Interest in long-term growth within the sports or apparel industry
