Position Overview The Franchise Launch Coach serves as a strategic partner to newly awarded franchise owners, guiding them through onboarding, training, launch preparation, grand opening activities, and early-stage business development. This role is responsible for ensuring franchise owners successfully complete onboarding milestones, implement brand standards, and establish the operational foundation necessary for long-term success. The Franchise Launch Coach provides structured coaching, accountability, performance monitoring, and operational guidance throughout the franchisee's launch journey.

Success in this role is measured by franchisee engagement, launch readiness, milestone completion, operational execution, revenue achievement, and overall franchise owner success.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Frequency Onboarding & Launch Coaching

Serve as the primary point of contact for newly awarded franchise owners during the onboarding and launch process.

Conduct structured onboarding and coaching sessions throughout the franchise’s first 180+ days.

Guide franchise owners through startup requirements, operational readiness activities, and critical launch milestones.

Establish accountability through consistent follow-up, action planning, and milestone tracking.

Assist franchise owners in developing business goals, launch strategies, and execution plans.

Monitor progress and provide support to ensure timely completion of onboarding objectives.

2. Training & Development Franchisee

Facilitate onboarding, training, and educational initiatives designed to prepare franchise owners for successful business operations.

Reinforce brand standards, operating procedures, business systems, and best practices.

Assess franchisee readiness and identify opportunities for additional coaching or support.

Maintain training records, onboarding documentation, and development plans.

Support continuous improvement of training resources, onboarding tools, and educational content.

Promote adoption of company systems, processes, and operational standards.

3. Administrative & Operational Support

Assist franchise owners with administrative and operational requirements related to business startups and launch.

Monitor completion of required documentation, onboarding activities, and operational setup tasks.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure franchise owners receive the necessary resources and support.

Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records within company systems.

Ensure franchisees remain aligned with launch timelines and operational expectations.

4. Revenue Milestones & Business Performance

Assist franchise owners in establishing early-stage revenue objectives and performance goals.

Monitor key business metrics and milestone achievement throughout onboarding and launch.
